What is your return policy?

We want you to love your hair extensions! however we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON HAIR EXTENSIONS!! please reach out to us VIA email for more information if you have any issues. 

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to make sure you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping details below:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Standard shipping is our most affordable option and is perfect for customers who aren’t in a rush.

  • Express Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. This expedited service is perfect for those who need their order sooner. Like standard shipping, this does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping! Shipping times and rates for international orders vary depending on your location. Please check the shipping options at checkout or contact us for more details.
